They are too. After not listening to the voice of reason saying that firing skilled people that knew your company inside out to replace them with a gray box was maybe a dumb idea, they should quite literally pay if they want to have those people back.
Hopefully people realize that companies are more desperate than they let on, even though they’ll still act like you should beg for the job
I doubt they run ADS-B transceivers, but perhaps they do. In that case picking up the signal is almost trivial with a cheap SDR but the relatively low altitude means it might not show up on flightradar if there isn’t one of their receivers in sight
