It’s a limited scale because waymo only operates in bounded areas, not because they cherry picked the data

waymos do silly things, but people do dangerous things more often like using their phones, get distracted, driving angry/tired, road rages at rush hour, speeding, etc

so NYC is safer than other places where waymos drive

I was looking at prices today, turns out I can get a symmetric and uncapped plan in Brazil that costs 1/5th of what I pay in the US. It’s a fucking cartel.
