Sounds like the flock solar panels and batteries can be used for powering other things if you know what you’re doing.

if I was on this guy’s jury I would flat out refuse to convict him on any charge for this.
Shouldn’t be legal to setup systems outdoors for mass surveillance. Cameras outside to inhibit vandalism is one thing, but this is warantless wiretapping equivalent.
