12 minutesHey IGN!
… How many PS5s are selling?
After their price raise, and subsequent uh … you could maybe say ‘controversial new policies’?
Look at the ball, children, look at this one, over her, not the other one!
Media literacy: Wait, why are focusing on this, instead of that?

Prices are up. Wages are not. Video games are luxury.
We’re being fucked by the stupid rich.

18 hoursI’m glad I got one when they came out. It’s not an OLED screen but that’s okay. I don’t use it as my primary gaming vehicle anyway. Feel bad for folks who didn’t snag one then and want one now though.

9 hoursI got one like 2 years ago for probably the same price it has been since release. You didn’t need to get it in the very beginning for a good price, you had to get it before this year.

Glad I got my Deck when I did. Got a lot of use out of it, but I couldn’t see myself getting one at the current price. What a bad timeline.

Base model is now $789, while the Steam Machine starts at $1,049. Not really much of a surprise…

There’s people who bought steam decks for £350 who can sell them now used for a profit after using them for only a couple years. Who needs gold?

Selling is such a damn hassle.
I have a OLED and an LCD. I would happily sell the LCD one, but where? Craigslist is a ghostown, my principles would never let me use facebook (for marketplace) and ebay is a big cut and shipping sucks.
So here it sits, like brand new doing nothing.

also, because Valve can’t get off their fat ass and actually produce any! i’m still sitting around waiting for my pre-order to process

this line is so Tesseract keeps censoring me

that is a good question, here are the resources to check for yourself

Maybe because they’re shipping more steam machines than ever before?
