why are the old image tags gone from ghcr?

This makes it very annoying to deploy tesseract as it means we cannot deploy it by tags anymore, without losing the ability to roll back to earlier versions.

Earlier today we were attempting to update from 1.4 to 1.5 and this failed, as the 1.5 deployment was causing issues in our environment. We haven’t had time to troubleshoot this in more detail yet and wanted to roll back, only to discover that all the 1.4 tags have disappeared, preventing us from deploying the old version again.

After some searching and lucky guessing I found the correct untagged image, but this is very cumbersome and error prone. If it should be expected that tags disappear after some time we’ll have to start pinning sha256 hashes instead to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Also, the matrix support room linked in the readme is not joinable.
