2 monthsPick a box or bin. It can be a large one if you want. Only keep what you can fit in that one box or bin.
For me the exercise helps but no less than 2 hours before sleep, otherwise it keeps me up.
Spending about an hour with a wind down activity like reading in bed helps immensely too.
