Gotta keep that booty flexin’, you know?

Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles can also help with this. Air squats, kegels, and other exercises can help. One such exercise is: lie on the floor with hands by your side and knees bent so the feet are flat. Lift the hips off the floor while maintaining contact with the floor with your back. Hold for 30 seconds, then release. Repeat 3-5 times per round.

Yes, and what is the average person expected to do about broad systemic issues in food production, ecological depletion, and environmental contamination? Not doomerism, but a legitimate question. There are so many things collapsing all around the average American, and the endless questions of “Why aren’t you doing anything about this?” really don’t gain anyone anything except feeling defeated. A lot of people are more concerned about being able to afford enough food in the first place without then stressing about the fact that the food they can afford isn’t the quality it should be. But asking why people aren’t combating decades upon decades of systemic issues that are the fault of corporate greed, political impotency, and flat out maliciousness is shifting the overall blame onto the average person, whether that’s the intent of this post or not. It’s akin to asking someone, “Hey, have you noticed the giant festering boil on your face that’s been there for ages?” Of course we have, but good luck having the time, energy, and money to get proper treatment for it when you’re getting crushed in the giant, rusting trash compactor you live in.

Netbird is a zero trust mesh VPN, very similar to Tailscale. My use would be accessing my Jellyfin and Navidrome servers remotely

Yes, I’m a geologist by education and career. I self-host a few different services but keep them all on my LAN. Setting up Netbird is on my to-do list, but I’m simply not confident enough in the network security aspects to expose anything outside of a VPN tunnel.

I have astigmatism in both eyes. I can confirm that it doesn’t matter which fluid I’m in, because everything is always blurry without my glasses.

I don’t know if this fits the category, but Warehouse 13 was pretty solid in my opinion. It’s cheesy/campy and some of the characters start off pretty much unlikeable, but when it hits its stride the relationships and character growth that are explored are deep on a human level. It has some fun quirky, hand-wavey technobabble to explain things, but the series finale left me emotional and honestly in a state of with wonder and curiosity that I hadn’t felt in a long time. Worth watching through the show at least once.
Interstellar is pretty nice
