I think that would be close to a Margherita, but i just saw I didn’t describe what it is. That’s the name we have in Europe, from Italy. Basically just tomato sauce, mozzarella (which can be in pieces or spread on top of all the pizza, even though Italians may not like this version), and basil (often forgotten)

Does OP mean Margherita? That’s just the most common pizza and of course people order it, there’s no question to it. In France we also get to order 4-cheese pizzas, which also seem to be a classic Italian topping (4 formaggi). With the regina (mushroom and ham), that’s what most people get. The first two are cheese only pizzas, the third is still a cheese pizza
