You can also choose multiple names. In our family we have one name each with the first letter of the parents name. First name got mother side last name reference becaune we got the last name of our father.
I think 4 names is good because its more unusual while still being manageable & gives options as the first name is always hated.

i remember vaguely that a few weeks ago i almost did a lot of work into reading a full email history but got distracted by something for 10 minutes and then an email that closed all the open questions i had came in.
I also try to ask my coworkers fast for help or get a snack when i notice i get stuck and need something that will unstuck me. (i try not to ask when i think i can figure it out in a reasonable time)

a thing against heat (looks a bit stupid but i only got positive responses and some confused looks): Umbrellas with uv protection as a mobile shadow. Helps less when the air is hot but having a foldable of them is convinient for both sun and rain

during gesturing avoiding other people and cyclists because the sidewalk is to narrow for anything
