They pretended that the content was written by humans. And Google needed data upon which to train its AI. I don’t think there’s any value in that, but if you are an AI investor, you might want to ride your bubble.
The rest of us know that Reddit is full of bots and you shouldn’t be training anything on it. But if you’re looking at data from three or more years ago, then maybe that’s more human written. Of course Reddit and Google deny that bots dominate, but we know they’re lying and they’re trying to make money off of the bubble anyway, so don’t trust them.

Web search was the last big innovative thing they did. The other good shit since was bought up, lol, easier to buy than innovative. Capitalists hate competing because they might lose.

Oh, there’s pretty solid data about Australia. A large percent of kids are still using social media because the ones who no longer use it are the ones whose parents won’t let them use it, which is of course the same group as the ones whose parents always had that power. But we have heard from some vulnerable minority kids who now no longer get access to the support that they used to have. And that’s really f***** up.
Remember, the execs are bonusing themselves. They are all getting filthy rich right now.
(And like all scams, they don’t care about efficiency.)
