It’s a divide-and-conquer approach.

It absolutely isn’t if you are comparing a gas stove vs an induction one. You are losing a huge amount of the heat around the pan and warming your room with gas.

Exactly this! They started from some emotional/political/vibes-based treatment that didn’t work because obviously, then suddenly they want to be all facts-driven when they could face some criticism for gumming up our healthcare system with their nonsense.
