Bought a 13 in 2023, and at some point my internal mic stopped working. After some trial and error, I found it was due to the webcam / mic cable.
I waited patiently for the replacement part to drop, and when it did, I grabbed it and a refurbished display upgrade, because why not?
After <20 minutes of part replacement. I have a working mic and upgraded display!
Just so pleased with how well everything worked. Looking forward to a chassis upgrade when the pro chassis drops.
