Its been always possible to enable rebar on turing gpus with the help of NvStrapsReBar but the tool for enabling the rebar was windows only. Now there is a tool nvstraps-config which enables configuring it on linux so no more booting windows after updating the bios and having to do the procces again.
I have personally used it on my setup and it works flawlesly didnt yet did a comparasion, but the performance gain should be somewhere between nothing and up to 10%
