They used vinegar. And the peroxide is probably 3% max. Okay plan, poor execution. This will do nothing.

Sugar water sprayed on the forms and reinforcement before the concrete is poured would work better.

In the case of hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid, you get peracetic acid, which is even more corrosive than either.

You can get 10% hydrogen peroxide and 32% acetic acid over the counter, so that’s probably what they used
