I find my vegan position argued by some generally even though what I say ever about the conditions for the animals in captivity in animal industry for use with all of them slaughtered, and the greater use of land for feed, water, and resources, and the contribution to loss of environment and extinction of species, and emissions contributing to climate change, are real issues with the facts. I did not say I was vegan when I gave up things from animals but honey, and I had to understand how getting honey from bees was not right, and only then saw that I was vegan. I only get what is growing from actual plants. There is the greater healthiness of having a good variety of food all from plants, that I experience.
